These are very sturdy and exactly what I was looking for. They are capable of holding up heavy books and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to upport a lot of heavyweight or large books.

You cannot go wrong with these bookends, they turned out to be a lot more sturdy than I thought, and definitely have more weight and "sturdiness" to them compared to the pics.
The price for these seems to fluctuate, I picked them up for less than £3 but this seems to change.
I am holding up many textbooks + folders with these and are doing their job perfectly.

These are bookends and as such look good and function well. I.e. they hold up books at either end of a shelf.
They are well priced and arrived in good time.
Not much more to say really - buy them.
